Challenges

Before partnering with IDnow, Gojob relied on a manual document verification process, handled by an external agency, which often took up to 24 hours, with additional delays if suspicious activity was detected. This approach was costly, time-consuming and prone to errors, especially during high-volume periods like Black Friday and Christmas. A more scalable solution was required.
