Qualified Electronic Signature & the eIDAS EU regulation

Digital transformation affects countless processes in a company. When making any change, it is important that you meet a specific objective. In the case of the electronic signature, which has become increasingly important since 2016, the main criteria include increased customer satisfaction and, thereby, a rise in conversion. Thus, the following whitepaper places special emphasis on the Qualified Electronic Signature (QES), since it offers the maximum level of legal security and replaces a manual signature for signing contracts.

In the digital age, such a solution is worth its weight in gold and will, in all likelihood, be implemented in all sectors. In July 2016, the QES gained considerable significance as the result of the eIDAS EU regulation. Since then, it has been placed on an equal footing throughout all the countries comprising the European Economic Area.
