Therefore, we take all measures to enable our employees to work safely in this exceptional situation – because it goes without saying that it is essential to enable a smooth process for our customers, especially now. For this reason, almost all employees at our locations in Munich, London, and Paris currently work from their home offices, while a core team holds the fort.
With 11 different Ident Centers located in different cities in Germany and Europe, IDnow is well-positioned to ensure smooth business operations at all times.
Our specially developed call distribution software is able to redirect identity checks in real-time to available Ident Centers – even in case of failure of individual Ident Centers, we can guarantee constant availability.
None of this would be possible without our great team working harder than ever to keep our systems up and running these days. Without the dedicated IDnow employees – especially, of course, our Ident Specialists – it would not be possible to sign contracts digitally, apply for loans, open a bank account without leaving the house.
